Junior Project Manager – Blattner Technologies

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to oversee small-scale projects with the potential for growth into larger and more complex initiatives. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Take accountability for project results in conjunction with the project sponsor, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, budget, and timeline, culminating in the completion of a comprehensive project charter.
  • Develop a detailed work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each project task, facilitating effective resource allocation and project planning.
  • Create and maintain a project schedule to delineate task timelines and dependencies, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact and addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles.
  • Proven project management skills, with a solid understanding of project management processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management software such as MS Project and Atlassian JIRA, enhancing project planning and execution capabilities.


Compensation
: Starting Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Job Type: Full-time, 2-3 days in-office
